Leaders I’ve spoken to recently want to get back into the groove of real, forward motion and get to the good work that needs doing.

Many of the business leaders and managers I've spoken to recently say they are tapped out, and aren’t getting to the work that matters to them and needs to be done! They want to lead, they want to improve outcomes and move their business forward. But they can’t get to it – they’re exhausted from spending too much time and wasting too much energy on stuff that doesn’t get them where they want to go.
