I created this video series as a way of getting past the overwhelm and endless complexity that leaders face as they think through their organization’s evolution towards a fully flexible, adaptive hybrid work model.
In Video # 4 I share what’s covered in each of the elements of my hybrid work model. I don’t prescribe a definition for each category, rather I array the main, pressing questions that should be tackled when developing a strategic and adaptive hybrid work model for the future.
